Answer: Intouch Online is a tool that provides you with the opportunity to check your students’ attendance, class schedule, current grades, and other information at any time from both home and work. The data available is updated on a weekly basis. |
| Question: Can I change my password for my Intouch Online account? Answer: We are working on enabling this feature and hope to have it up and running soon. |
Question: How frequently are records updated for my student? Answer: Some records are updated more frequently than others. Attendance is updated approximately every two days and gradebooks will be updated weekly on Friday evening. |
Question: I have not received my username and password for this tool. Is this something that can be emailed to me? Answer: No. In an attempt to protect student confidentiality, you will need to come into the office with some type of photo ID in order to receive your username and password. |
Answer: Yes. You will need to put in a request at the school. Once the request has been processed a new account will be created for you within 2 business days. |
Answer: Yes. We are currently bringing this online in small portions to make it a smooth process. |
Answer: There are two ways to do this. 1 – For general information, you can phone the school (503-399-3444) and speak to our attendance clerk. 2 – You can email the system administrator of Intouch (there is a link on the main login page). This person will then forward your email to the appropriate person at the school. |
Answer: You can come into the school office. We can retrieve it for you. |
