Student Announcements, Week of 2/12

Friday

The leadership team has carefully hidden a total of 10 kindness coupons in randomly selected books. If you find one when you check a book out from the library, bring the coupon to Mrs. Carr in room 107. You will be awarded a SEE Ticket and get to pay it forward to a friend with a SEE ticket as well. Let’s spread some kindness this month to those around us.

We are having another school wide competition! Dress like a math teacher day! On Wednesday, February 21st dress like any Crossler math teacher of your choice! Then at lunch go up to the stage to get your picture taken, your picture will be shown to the math teachers and they will then vote on who is dressed the most like a math teacher. The winner will get your own personal pizza from Paddington’s for lunch!

Attention all 7th graders: It’s your turn to learn about the East Coast trip for the summer of 2019, which is the summer after you finish 8th grade. A parent meeting is happening on Thursday February 22nd at 6pm in Ms. Kasler’s room. Students and parents are invited to attend. See you then!

Congratulations wrestlers on your Huge 60-35 win against Whiteaker last.

Congratulations to our OBOB champions! It was a close final battle, but the Epic Page Turners prevailed.  Way to go, Amity Rogers, Ellie Sitton, Connor Dougherty, and Bryce Davis! They will move on to the Regional Competition at Philomath High School on March 17th. Good luck, Epic Page Turners!
