I’d like to share information about a free youth sports event coming up in Salem. The TrackTown Youth League is a series of completely FREE track meets throughout Oregon, culminating in a championship meet in Eugene. No prior track & field experience is necessary to participate; the mission of the TrackTown Youth League is to provide youth from all backgrounds and income levels the opportunity to participate in track & field. Please let us know if you can help spread the word within your community, especially by publicizing the Salem meet on social media, or in your newsletter/event calendar. I’ve included key information below and I have attached a flyer that can be distributed around the community. Participants can pre-register individually for this event using the registration link below, or if you know are a youth program leader interested in bringing a group of youth to participate in the meet, we can assist you with a group registration. Please email me for group registration instructions. Groups of 10 or more must pre-register online so that we can accommodate.
